1. Overview
At Gritfusion, we strive to provide the best software rental services to our clients. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be issued for our subscription plans.
2. Monthly Plan Refunds
Our Monthly Plan (₹15,000/month) is designed for flexibility:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle.
- Cancellations must be made at least 3 days before the renewal date to avoid the next month's charge.
- No refunds will be issued for the current active month, but you will retain access until the end of the billing period.
- Partial month refunds are not available.
3. Three-Month Plan Refunds
Our 3-Month Plan (₹40,000 one-time payment) has the following refund policy:
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the initial purchase date.
- A 30% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
- After 7 days, no refunds will be issued, but you may transfer the remaining subscription period to another user with our approval.
- Service must not have been extensively used (defined as less than 20% of features accessed).
4. Yearly Plan Refunds
Our Yearly Plan (₹1,50,000 one-time payment) follows these refund guidelines:
- Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the initial purchase date.
- A 25% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
- After 14 days, no refunds will be issued.
- You may downgrade to a monthly plan, with a prorated credit applied to your account (minus 20% administrative fee).
- Service must not have been extensively used (defined as less than 15% of features accessed).
5. Conditions for Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The refund request must be submitted in writing to gritfusion@gmail.com.
- You must provide a detailed reason for the refund request.
- Your account must be in good standing with no violations of our Terms of Service.
- No fraudulent activity or abuse of the service has been detected.
- All login credentials and access must be surrendered upon refund processing.
6. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable under any circumstances:
- Custom development or integration fees.
- Third-party service charges or licensing fees.
- Setup and onboarding fees.
- Data migration or import services.
- Training sessions or consultations already completed.
7. Refund Processing Time
Once a refund request is approved, it will be processed within 10-15 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
8. Service Interruptions
If our service experiences significant downtime (more than 48 consecutive hours) due to issues on our end, you may be eligible for:
- A prorated credit to your account, or
- An extension of your subscription period equivalent to the downtime.
Scheduled maintenance and third-party service interruptions are not eligible for refunds or credits.
9. Modifications to This Policy
Gritfusion reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the updated policy.
